I first saw this book when the author mentioned it in a book conversation on social media. I love witches, cozy mysteries, and culinary-themed cozies, so why wouldn't I rush right over to check it out?
It's on KU, so I checked out my copy. (I later got a free copy during the Stuff Your Kindle event, so that I could free up another slot in my KU).
Let me just tell you that I loved this book! I will definitely be reading the others in the series (which are also on KU, so that's a win for those of us who subscribe).
I love the small town witchy atmosphere. I love the characters. I love the little details included in the world building here. I love the absolute coziness of the whole thing. It's well-written, and the dialogue flows very well (which is one of those odd little things that matters a great deal to me).
If you like witchy cozies, don't miss giving this one a try!
