This book says that it's for absolute beginners, and it absolutely is. I got the book for free, but it's definitely not my first book on meditation.


There are some helpful tips here, and there are some good explanations of things. It's a bit like the collection of everything that you might google on the topic.


I would recommend it for absolute beginners, especially if you can pick it up for free.
