I have been reading these for a while (and I've almost always had at least one Kathleen Suzette book on my Kindle since I discovered her stories), and I really think that you can see how much her writing improves with each book.
That's not to say that any are bad, really, but I feel like the mysteries get a bit richer with time and experience.
I still love her dialogue (which feels natural, unlike the dialogue that I have read in some cozies) and I love the themed nature of the Pumpkin Hollow books.
I am not a person who tries to really figure "who done it" before the end of the books, and I'm very bad at it when I do. Still, I enjoyed the way that this mystery unfolded.
