Keeper of Enchanted Rooms

I got this book for free as one of my Amazon First Reads.

I got bogged down a little about thirty percent through the book. There was a lot of background information and details to which I found it difficult to pay attention. For a moment, I considered DNFing the book. I'm very glad that I didn't listen to myself on this one.

I ended up enjoying this story enough that I already picked up a copy of the second book on NetGalley to read. I liked the characters, and I'm curious to see where their stories lead from here. I'm not a romance just for the sake of romance kind of reader, but I liked the romance in this story, too. It was very well done.
