Swedish Lagom: Introduction to the Swedish Lagom Lifestyle

This is a fair introduction to the Lagom lifestyle. I can't really say that it was amazing, but it was decent (especially for the price of $0 that I paid for it).

I did like that it has a 15 day "plan," and it has very straight-forward and concrete ideas and examples for those who wish to start living this lifestyle.
