I finished this book several days ago, but I'm just getting around to reviewing it. I picked it up on Amazon for .99. Honestly, I was excited about it because I tend to be one of those people who likes to read books about babies and such things. The cover art caught my attention, because of that, and then the synopsis cemented my desire to read this little novella.
I don't exactly know what I expected from this book, but I do know that I wasn't disappointed. It was short (60 pages), but there was still a lot of depth to it. Even though most of the characters were introduced in snapshots, essentially, the author still did a good job of making them real people.
The romance was nice, and not too over the top.
I would have honestly liked to have seen more of the characters' lives (before and after the story), but I can imagine, for myself, the things that I would have liked to have seen happen for everyone.
All in all, I'd highly recommend this one for someone who is looking for a short, sweet, and impactful little read.
Here's the Amazon link. I'm including the link, but I'm not being paid for this. I'm simply helping you find it if you might want to read the book.
